Berlin, June 17, 2024 – SPAETSCHICHT. Berlin is setting new standards in the electronic music scene in Berlin – once again.

In recent month, SPAETSCHICHT. has made a name for itself with its unconventional events and keen sense of musical trends. 

Now, we are taking it a step further, creating a platform that will captivate Deep House music lovers and sound purists alike.

„Music is more than just entertainment; it is an art form that can convey deep emotions and thoughts. With the Electronic Sunset Sessions we will be refocus on what truly makes music: the quality of the sound and the creative process behind it. We want to give listeners the feeling of experiencing music in its purest form – just as the artists intended“ explained Shannin, the main organizer, producer & DJ.

But it’s not just about the technology. SPAETSCHICHT. also wants to highlight the human component of music. In curated sessions on Thursday evenings, international artists as well as Berlin based artists from various sub-genres within the Organic and Deep House spectrum, will present their works live to give listeners a deeper understanding and a new appreciation for the art of music.

„Every tone, every chord, every melody has a story. We want to tell these stories and show people that music is more than what you hear on the surface,“ emphasized Shannin.

The first event of the new format is scheduled for June 28, 2024, at the exclusive event space „ETAGE ACHT“ inside Locke Hotel at East Side Gallery. This intimate venue accommodates a maximum of 100 guests and features its own bar and a private rooftop terrace with a stunning view over Berlin.
